Mike started as the rollerblading computer guy in 1993, building an IT service and support company. In 2007, he opened Mike’s Tech Shop, Chelsea’s friendly neighborhood Mac shop.
Director of Operations
Sara began her journey in 2006, and has been dancing her way between sales, office management, HR, and client services ever since. As Director of Operations, she wears many hats, and supports all departments within MTS.
“Rubin” has been working with Macs professionally for over 22 years. Prior to joining Mike’s Tech Shop for its opening on Black Friday 2007, Rubin worked as a Mac Genius at the Apple Store at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY.
Jessica started her career at AT&T and Apple, joining Mike’s in 2011 as a Mac specialist. Since then, she’s served as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Data Recovery Technician, and now leads the Service Department. Fun fact: When she was buying her first Mac at an Apple Store, a Genius noticed the Hackintosh PC she made and offered her a job. The rest is history!
James has focused on providing Managed Services offerings to clients for over 10 years, with a passion for bringing enterprise tier support to small and medium businesses. His mission is to improve the overall professional support experience from technician to consumer.
Director of Technology
Aaron has been designing and building systems to support Apple Devices in the Enterprise for 25 years, half of that time being for MTS. In addition to working with our Small/Medium Business and Enterprise clients, he also works to keep our internal systems efficient and modern.
