Service for Your Apple Devices
Get your Apple devices serviced in a calm boutique setting. Unlike the Apple Stores, we can take care of your data as well as your device. We provide in warranty (AppleCare) repairs and out of warranty repairs, data transfers, and data recovery.
Current Service Options:
Appointments are required for Mac service. Due to staffing issues related to COVID-19, we cannot currently repair iPhones.
Appointments are not required for data recovery, to buy something, or to pick up your repair.
"Find My" must be disabled on any device you bring in for repair.
Firmware passwords must be removed before checking in for service.
We highly recommend you back up all your data before we service it. Data loss is possible during service.

We have Apple Certified Technicians on staff (many are Apple graduates) who perform warranty, AppleCare+ and out-of-warranty repairs using genuine parts sourced from Apple.
We have options not offered at Apple Stores such as data transfers, data recovery, home visits, and white-glove service. Our goal is to find the right solution that works for you.
Need a loaner computer for the duration of your repair? Or do you want to test drive a newer model? We have Mac and iPad rentals available.
If we have to send your Mac to Apple’s Service Center, we have the additional option of backing up your data before service.

Mac Repair Pricing
All Macs come with a one-year, limited warranty that covers your product and Apple-branded accessories that came with the device. This does not cover accidental damage, third-party modifications, or software issues.
AppleCare+ coverage can be purchased to cover your device for a total of three years from purchase date.

Due to the nature of spinning hard drives, they have the potential to fail with little to no notice. This can leave your data unretrievable and sometimes corrupted. We have the ability to use industry tools to recover data that is unable to mount, or a hard drive with more advanced failures.
