Repair Request

Before we can service your Apple product:

  • “Find My” must be disabled on Macs running 10.15 or later.

  • Firmware passwords must be removed before checking in items for service. If the machine isn’t functional enough to remove it, a Proof of Purchase that lists the serial number of the computer is required for removal.

  • If you can, we highly recommend you back up your data before we service it, because data loss is always a possibility.
